About the Event
As part of the Virginia 250 activites surounding the 250th Anniversary of our nation's founding, the Town of Exmore is hosting a reception for the soft launch of the Exmore Walking Tour. The tour is an informative step back in time, highlighting the history of Exmore and the shaping of the community with the arrival of the railroad. You are invited to bring your old photos---and your memories to share. We'll be writing down the stories and scanning the photos for the website! Plan to be part of this moment in Exmore history. Refreshments will be available.
